We are pleased to offer a new range of Wellness courses at Middle Island provided by Dr Michelle Lee. With the mission to inspire balance, Michelle's programs and workshops are designed with you in mind! Armed with a PhD in Medicine, her extensive background in human physiology and exercise physiology allows her programs to be intentionally developed with science and biomechanics in mind. In addition to being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Michelle is a certified Life and Leadership facilitator and coach, giving you a holistic and dynamic body, heart and mind approach to each session.

The adult programs follow the principles of focus and balance. By connecting your mind to re-balancing and re-aligning your physical body, will allow you to move better, feel better and gain more confidence throughout your days.
The kids and student programs are designed with the aim to enhance coordination, boost your child's immunity and to alleviate the pressures from school and society. Developing healthy habits from an early age is paramount for your child's physical and emotional well-being, allowing them to gain the confidence to move forward with their endeavors and goals with effective behaviours and creative genius.
