Middle Island Kitchen in final preparations

Middle Island Head Chef and Catering Manager Aurélien Lagrange is in the final setup stage in the brand new Middle Island kitchen. The grand opening is this Saturday (a ticketed event that is already fully booked!) and normal operations will commence from next week.

Middle Island is open from Tuesday to Sundays with food service available from next week.
